Wisdom Oak Savona Sweet Wine 2016

This dessert style wine was aged in lightly toasted, American oak barrels. Produced with late harvest Vidal Blanc grapes, this wine has notes of pear, apple and butterscotch. A splash of Viognier was added for a nice balance of acidity and fresh fruit. Perfect as an aperitif, after a nice meal or when you don't want to feel guilty about finishing a "full" bottle of wine on your own.
