Armadale Vodka

Armadale Vodka is made from wheat and barley. The wheat component is apparent in the early-stage bouquet. Further aeration allows a dry stony/mineral-like aroma to mingle with the biscuity underpinning scent. Palate entry is surprisingly semisweet and delicious. At midpalate, the taste profile shows flashes of spirity heat that pull the rug out from under the terrific palate entry. The finish is oily and raw.
