Art + Science Stella Maris Vineyard Syrah 2014

The 2014 Stella Maris Vineyard Syrah is 100% whole cluster fermentation, and the fermentation and malo-lactic fermentation is un-inoculated. The fermentation was a long cool fermentation with minimal punch downs in order not to over-extract the powerful fruit. The goal of Art+Science is to create a Syrah elegance and power in a pure, unadulterated style that will continue to evolve in bottle for years to come.
