Pelaverga is an hierloom Piedmontese varietal. Matteo Ascheri aims to highlight the grapes potential as a dry, still red with spicy, dark cherry and red-berry flavors. A medium bodied, fresh and bright red, the Pelaverga pairs well with a wide range of pastas, pizzas and lighter grilled meats and fish.
