The nose begins on dry grass with a vague fruitiness which then quickly becomes fruitier with prunes, cranberries, oranges, hints of sherry, and that indefinable rye fruitiness. The palate invites tastes of toffee, caramel, and right away a cleansing bitter citric zest, while the finish is medium to short in length.
