Casa Belfi Bianco White NV

The stalks on this Bianco White are removed from the grapes, which are then put into tanks where fermentation being using indigenous yeasts. After 3 days of maceration, the pressing take place and fermentation is continued, partially in stainless steel and partially in amphore.
