Dopff Au Moulin Cremant d'Alsace

Alsace wines have been linked to the Dopff family since the 17th century, eleven generations following one another with enthusiasm and passion for their terroir. Located in Riquewihr, a charming little medieval village, the estate Dopff au Moulin, with its 70 hectares, is today the largest of the Alsace Grands Crus region.
The Dopff Au Moulin Cremant d'Alsace has a light, even slightly salmon-coloured robe. Its effervescence is light, fine and slightly floral. Generally appreciated as an aperitif, it is also very pleasant during a relaxed evening. To be drunk chilled.
