Familie Bauer Roter Veltliner 2018

100% Roter Veltliner planted on 2.5ha of loess which is rich in fossils. The grapes are hand-harvested & the wine spends its entire time on the lees with no stirring. The wine is then aged in stainless steel for 6 months and filtered. Dry, floral, and fruity with medium weight and refreshing acidity.
