Richly amber. Brisk, medium dry. Light, pungent bouquet. Nutty on the palate. Serve chilled, on the rocks, or at room temperature. Palomino Fino and Pedro Ximenez. Produced and bottled by Pedro Rodriguez e Hijos, which is now known as Bodegas Barbadillo.
