Hendrick's Gin review
Hendrick's possess rich juniper flavor at the same time floral aftertaste and aromas such as rose and elderflower. It is unique flavor gin that is perfect for martinis and refreshing cocktails.
Smooth & silky gin
Hendrick's Gin is the best! If I'm going to have gin, this is my go to. Not harsh like other gins. Perfect for a gin & tonic in the summertime.
Hendrick's rocks
Gin and tonics beg for this stuff. A big favorite in this household. Not a fan of gin straight up but it's perfect mixed in with something. Not too strong. Really takes on the flavor of what you add it to but has enough of its own profile to add some zing.
Ultimately perfect gin
If you were to choose one gin to drink for the rest of your life, it should be Hendricks. Once you try it, no other gin will compare. Perfectly smooth, juniper notes are not overwhelming like other gins, and best of all: CUCUMBER notes that give it a light refreshing taste that allows it to pair beautifully with tonic to make the best cocktail you've ever had. I accidentally ordered a shot of it once (long story short: the bar was loud and dark, i wanted it with tonic but something got miscommunicated) and not one to waste alcohol, I took that shot. No one should ever do a shot of gin, but Hendricks I would do shots of again and again; it always tastes perfect.
It grows on you
The first time I was offered Hendrick's Gin, I wouldn't have given this a 3-star review. After trying it for a second time, I would say that it is just pretty good. For the price, I would say that this wouldn't be my first pick, but if it is offered, it's not too bad!
Heck of a gin
Really luxurious gin, full of strong aromas of botanicals, particularly juniper comes through. Slightly sweet and very astringent quality about it. Drinks beautifully with good quality tonic water and some muddled lime/mint. Makes a great Tom Collins too, if you measure it out nicely, alternatively a martini, stirred with ice makes for a lovely use of this gin.
