Lifevine Pinot Noir 2017

The color is dark red in the center fading to a granite and slight pink on the outer rim. It is bright and shows no signs of sediment or particles. Scents of cola, sassafras, mushroom, mineral and spice lead into the fruit flavors of dark cherry, ripe raspberry, and wild red plums. The fruit is ripe, but also slightly reserved. The fruit spice balances with the oak spice of vanilla, cinnamon, coriander and char.
