This zesty, crisp white is textbook Muscadet. Lemon and green apple aromas have an edge of oyster shell and saline. Tart lemon flavors awakens the mouth and lime notes appear around the edges, with oyster shell and a hint of saline present on the finish. Few beat it as a companion to oysters, clams, shrimp and shellfish of any sort.
