Malamatina Retsina wine is the authentic Greek wine and it is produced using the exclusively Greek grape varieties "Savatiano" and "Roditis". Wine making is effected using the "White wine making" method, under controlled temperature conditions, by strictly selecting the must "foam" (the free run juice), thus obtaining special characteristics in terms of color, aroma, flavor and quality.
