MicroBio Wines Rack Verdejo 2018

MicroBio Rack is a wine made from Verdejo from different vineyards in the area planted ungrafted on soils with siliceous sands and boulders. Once the grapes are harvested and pressed in the winery, they ferment with native yeasts in stainless steel deposits, working with the musts and the fermentation with hight turbidity so that the wine becomes self-protected. Once the fermentation has ended, it is left to rest for 3 months in the same deposits with its lees, without pumping-overs nor batonnage, to preserve the reduction. It is bottled without added sulphites.
