Milk & Honey Whisky In Bloom

The peat in this whisky is fairly light. It initially appears as earthy layer atop the grain and vanilla profile, then comes through with a subtle smokiness on the finish along with a bit of tangy orange peel. It's an impressive venture into peated styles for the distillery.
