Muga Rioja Reserva 2015

A wine with medium-high depth of color -- black-cherry red with garnet hues. First, red-fruit notes appear on the nose, with hints of fennel and scrubby heathland, all nicely balanced by smokey aromas from the time spent in medium-toasted wood. Underlying hints of vanilla come through with coffee notes. On the palate, there is a full mouth-feel with slightly mentholated nuances and white chocolate.
