Paringa Shiraz is intense dark crimson red with black, squid-ink hues. Aromas of blackberry and black currants are contrasted with dusty, chocolate covered espresso beans. The palate is filled with black berries and dried fruit with subtle spice nuances of black pepper and cloves.
