Gruener Veltliner is by far the most important white wine in Austria. Thanks to the deep loess in his vineyards, Hundsberg and Kirchenfeld, Paul D. is able to grow grapes that produce a lightly citrus and fresh wine. Aroma: fresh, yellow apple, sweet pea, mature citrus fruits. Taste: green apple, pineapple, smooth with a slight ginger taste.
