Pocas Ruby Ports are aged for short periods in wood in order to retain their freshness. Deep red in color and with a fruity aroma, they go beautifully with a chocolate or fruit dessert. Special Reserve Ruby, a lot of the finest Ruby Ports from each harvest, is full-bodied and rich in flavor, with an intense, remarkably persistent, fruity bouquet.
