Purato Catarratto Pinot Grigio 2018

Purato uses eco-friendly packaging, made from recycled paper, pure vegetable ink on the labels and 85% recycled glass for the bottle. The grapes are destemmed and gently pressed. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature for approximately three weeks; no malolactic fermentation. After the Catarratto is fermented, the two wines are blended and kept on fine lees until the end of Aromas of citrus, tropical fruits and floral notes. A pleasant aperitif; pairs well with seafood dishes and grilled fish.
