Great alternative to limes!
My friends and I play a lot of poker and we always try to get on the same page when it comes to drinking. Which means it comes down to a group consensus, and that consensus has recently been tequila. No one ever brings limes, but we always have a little bottle of this stuff in the refrigerator. Beyond its obvious usefulness in cooking, this makes a fantastic alternative to limes. A small squirt of this stuff in a shot of silver tequila is fantastic. It cuts through the alcohol and actually gives it a fair amount of flavor. We have also used this stuff in cranberry vodka drinks. Tons of possibilities.
