Not to be confused with the better-known Grüner Veltliner, this variety is named for its red-tinted skins and produces crisp, refreshing dry whites. Citrusy acidity and a stony mineral core lift a richer, riper palate than your average Grüner, with a subtle hint of almonds. Complex and refreshing!
