Fermentation of this citrus essence and sugar naturally produces 6% alcohol. The result is clean and clear without the sugary sweetness of wine or the heaviness of beer.

If you like grapefruit and seltzer water then give this stuff a try, but I didn't like it very much. It had that very bitter grapefruit taste with too many bubbles. It was honestly painful to drink for me, but some people may think differently of it.
