Salty, peppery, grapefruity, pink and fizzy. Mourvedre and Grenache Blanc grown on sandy loam from Yakima, Washington in the Columbia Valley at 1600 feet elevation. The Mourvèdre was direct pressed and fermented separately using native yeast in stainless steel.
