Terrazas de los Andes Cabernet Sauvignon

For this vintage we included Cabernet growing in the Uco Valley, an area considered to be too cold for a variety which enjoys warm temperatures. Once again, nature defied the odds and we achieved a remarkable ripeness and great natural acidity. This wine is always welcome on my table, it is without a doubt the beginning of great stories.
