Troyanska Slivovitz 7 Year Slivovitz

Plum brandy that has been produced in this region for several hundred years. Once the plums have been hand selected and distillation has been completed Troyan slivovitz Kosher for Passover is then aged four years in oak barrels which are stored in warehouses where the temperature is constant year round. The barrels are periodically rotated so that all the contents receive the same exposure to the wood.
