Made from a rare 100% rye mash-bill, this whiskey is smallest batch product made at this impressive Red Hook outfit. The intensity of the grain works very well with the medium-sized barrels it goes into and after just a short time the spirit is already full of cloves, orange fruits, spice, and raw vanilla.
