Aperol is a great aperative and fits the best famous Aperol Spritzers. Aperol is not as intensely bitter as Campari, thus is perfect for lighter flavor cocktails. In addition, Aperol is not as strong as Campari and can be mixed in the longdrinks.
Gorgeous pretty spritzer
Aperol is a classic, it reminds one so much of Italy, cobblestones and spritz. This is a great little aperitif that goes does wonderfully on it's own but makes a lovely addition to cocktails or to white wine and seltzers and lime for a delicious and pretty spritzers. It's the perfect celebratory drink for a weekend and is delicious and quite nicely priced.
