Crazy Milk is made by the storied brewery Umenoyado in Nara Prefecture. The nigori style is made by leaving small rice particles in the sake resulting in a creamy texture and natural sweetness of the rice, reminiscent of sake straight from the tank. This is a comparatively light nigori, not as thick and cloying as many in the style, appealingly fruity and delicate enough to enjoy with a meal.
