Bogle Vineyards Old Vines Zinfandel

Head-trained, dry farmed vines are prized for their production of small, concentrated clusters of grapes that produce incredibly rich and intense wines. For years, Bogle has sought out these gnarly old vines to create their Old Vine Zinfandel.

Cedar, juniper berry and sweet dried herbs greet the nose of this wine, while focused flavors of dried plums, cranberries and cherries sink into a decadent, plush mouthfeel. Saturated and dense, the wine finishes with touches of licorice and spicy oak from the 12 months in 2 year-old American oak barrels.
