This dry, red wine made from the Montepulciano wine grape in the Abruzzo region of east-central Italy is noted for its deep reddish-purple hues and subtle nose with clear aromas of coffee and dark chocolate. The wine smells like Tiramisu in a glass. They are wines of medium body with silky tannins and a pleasant mouth feel and a subtle finish, very fresh, and fruity.

Cantina is great
I am a fan of "old world" wines and it was best after opening to breathe for about an hour. This makes for a fabulous dinner wine.
