Full of character and simply done right. Named after Evan Williams, who opened Kentucky’s First Distillery along the banks of the Ohio River in 1783, it’s aged far longer than required by law. The result is a Bourbon that’s smooth, rich, and easy to enjoy.

One of the best value bourbons
What a gorgeous bourbon. It deserves 5 stars but misses out predominantly because it is a budget or just above budget whiskey. That's the truth of it. It's brilliant though, no harsh notes, good sweet full character. Bready, malty backbones and a good sharp smoky burn. Really a lovely bourbon and one more people should pick up.
Affordable but Brutal
This is one of the most harsh American Whiskeys available, the price point is good, but the flavor is burnt and bluntly alcoholic rather than smoky and nuanced, it leaves a lot to be desired for long-term drinkability and is more prone to leave a nasty hangover than some of it's more pricey counterparts.
Best Black Label out there
Evan William's totally got the best black label out there to me. I would choose this black label over stuff like Jack because it is just much smoother to drink
