Jack Honey Hits The Sweet Spot
If you're looking for a whiskey that kicks and kisses you at the same time, you've come to the right place. Jack Daniel's Tennessee Honey has all the punch of a good everyday whiskey, but with the sweetness of honey. Lovely on its own or in a hot toddy!
Whiskey For People That Don't Like Whiskey
I am admittedly not a whiskey fan. However, my first taste of Jack Daniel's Tennessee Honey had me hooked. Wonderful served neat. This is one of the smoothest whiskey's I have ever tried and I would absolutely recommend purchasing this drink.
You can taste the South.
Jack Daniel's has always been pretty popular and I can see why. Growing up in Tennessee, this liquor was the drink of choice and tastes damn good.
Tasty and smooth
Honey and whiskey go together like two peas in a pod. Jack Daniels did a good job with this one. Somewhat smooth but rich in flavor. I couldn't decide if it was the whiskey or the flavor itself that gave it such a bold flavor, but it was good regardless. I want to try this in a mixed drink because I think the flavor would benefit from a bit more sweetness. I could see this being one of my favorite whiskeys for mixing, just gotta experiment with it a bit.
Sweet and goes great with breakfast!
If you're looking for a sweet whiskey to go with your Sunday brunch, this is a winner! It is smooth on it's on or mixed with orange juice! You can't beat a whiskey mimosa when you use Jack Daniel's Tennessee Honey. You could also try other juices like pineapple or cranberry.
Jack Daniel's weird little brother.
I have only tried this once, but I really enjoyed it! Heavy spiced notes, I remember tasting the nutmeg.
Not bad but not whiskey
Only one way to drink this, that's neat and by a fire. It'll warm you up and mixed with anything it'll go down much too quickly. You really have to ensure you respect the alcohol because it is so tasty. It's a little pricey because at the end of the day it's not exactly whiskey, it's more of a strong honey liqueur but a delicious one at that. Suppose it could get 4 stars but evan williams honey is much cheaper. And of equal quality albeit a bourbon.
Tennessee Honey The Worst
Jack Daniels I love, but the Tennessee honey is the worst stuff I have ever tasted! I tried mixing it with different things and that did not help at all. It tastes nothing like honey and leaves a bad taste in your mouth. Not worth the money or the effort of even trying it. I would pass on this one and leave it for the Southerners.
Surprisingly great
excellent taste. so smoth. the taste lingers long after eash sip. great drink before go to bed.
There IS a cure for the common cold...
Ever heard of a Hot Tottie? That out dated recipe can be replaced with a couple shots of Tennessee Honey and Theraflu. Aside from being a perfect home remedy, Jack Daniels really took it up a notch by adding honey. Smooth on the tongue and a hint of sweet dripping honey to finish it off. Fantastic on the rocks, which is how I prefer it, or with a bubbly soda. A totally delicious upgrade.
