Unapologetic Bourbon Done Right
This is a strong bourbon both in taste and in proof. Its smokey, caramel flavors can be opened up by adding a touch of water. Although not the best bourbon I've ever tasted, it is a solid option and compares favorably to much higher priced spirits.
Smooth southern bourbon
I have no idea why I had to suffer through so many bourbons to find this treasure. Worth a couple extra bucks at my local store. Excellent slow and smooth taste and a slight warming sensation. Perfect sipping material for sitting on the porch. I prefer this one chilled by itself but you could mix it with all sorts of drinks!
Spicy but in a good way
The taste of this bourbon is slightly spicy and a bit harsh, but it's something that many people prefer in a quality bourbon. Although it can be a decent after dinner bourbon, I would mostly recommend this Knob Creek for sipping as it's 100 proof and packs a punch.
