Brewed at 2400 feet above sea level in the mountains that once hosted the Olympics, this edition of Kurosawa is made from 70% polished rice in the Nigori (cloudy) style. It is unfiltered, leaving rice solids and yeast cells to give Nigori its signature milky appearance. Shake well to incorporate the sediment and serve cool. Sake oxidizes quickly and should be consumed as soon as possible.
