Decent all around liquor
This rum is the stable to all dark liquor lovers. It mixes will with most all sodas. However, the taste can be somewhat lacking when drinking by itself, in my opinion.

Cap'n Morgan is my favorite drink at my local dive bar when I'm there to check out the band d'jour. A rum and coke, with that special sweet and tang just brings the evening together for me! It's an easy drink for a chill evening.

I love captain Morgan spiced rum. It's the perfect drink for chilling at the beach, or for a night on the town! Mixes great with soda or can even be used to spice up an average drink! Take a shot, float it, or mix it! Its great in every way!

This spiced rum has some flavor of vanilla and mellase; hower, flavors and after taste are very mild and short. It is ok to mix with other drinks or pop, but it is not good just on the rox or neet.
A good budget rum
Captain Morgan may be on the cheaper side, but don't let that discourage you. It has a nice, smooth flavor and is an excellent rum to use in mixed drinks. If you like spiced rum and don't want to spend a lot, Captain Morgan is an excellent choice.
Oh Captain, Not my Captain...
I've had my fair share of rums and spiced rums, and sure this could fit in easily in an average mulled holiday drink or eggnog, but it just left me a hair underwhelmed. If I were looking for a spiced rum in store I would pay the extra few bucks and minutes finding a better quality brand. Simply put, I couldn't wait to get off this ship once I got on.

Captain Morgan Spiced Rum isn't something I'd drink on the rocks, but it's great for tropical mixed drinks or a rum and coke. It's affordable and versatile.
Captain Morgan spiced Rum is so good!
I love this spiced rum. Especially on those wonderful autumn evenings when there is just a hint of coldness in the air. This spiced rum is perfect for that. Just sitting on the porch in the crisp air and enjoying a small sip of this stuff is wonderful!
The Captain never dissapoints
Note quite the quality of say the Kraken or Goslings but this is a good spiced rum. Big time mass produced but a really well crafted drink. Goes down decently on the rocks but tastes a little bubblegum-like. Works well if mixed with ginger beer or a dark soda, can be quite enjoyable. Well priced in a bigger handle, a little pricey in a bottle but it's an overall good rum and is worthwhile to have on the shelf or to order in cocktails when you're out.
